Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WorkStepper website and any related services we make available (together, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

You may use this website to learn about WorkStepper, request a demo, and access the resources we publish. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use and enjoyment of, the Services by others.
You agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
- Use automated means to scrape, copy, or harvest content except as permitted by our robots policy.
- Submit false information through forms or impersonate any person or organization.
Demo requests and communications
When you request a demo or contact us, you provide information so we can respond and schedule a walkthrough. Submitting a request does not create any obligation on either party to enter into a contract. Any commercial use of the WorkStepper platform is governed by a separate written agreement.

The Services, including all text, graphics, logos, product names, software, and design, are owned by WorkStepper or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission, except as needed for ordinary viewing of the website in a browser.
No medical or regulatory advice
Information on this website describes manufacturing and quality workflows for informational purposes only. It is not legal, regulatory, or medical advice. You are responsible for determining how WorkStepper fits within your own quality system and for meeting the regulatory requirements that apply to your organization.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any information on the website is complete or current.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WorkStepper and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Third-party links
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We provide these links for convenience only and are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party site.
Changes to the Services and these Terms
We may modify or discontinue the Services, or update these Terms, at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WorkStepper is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
