Jeremy spent over 15 years leading operations and quality in regulated medical device manufacturing — scaling a venture-backed company from pre-revenue to $18M+ annually, building ERP and MES infrastructure from scratch, and managing every part of the production lifecycle.
He founded WorkStepper because the tools that exist were built for 500-person factories with dedicated IT teams. The teams doing precise, regulated, important work deserved something better — a solution with real purpose, designed by someone who understands the floor, the audit, and the urgency to ship.
